Refund & Return Policy
All our products and services are digital and generally non-returnable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or requesting a refund or withdrawal.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on digital products or services once they have been delivered, activated, processed, or downloaded.
2. Product Refund Eligibility
Refunds for purchased products or services will only be considered in cases such as:
- Duplicate purchases
- Product or service not received and no download, activation, or processing attempt has been made
- Technical issues on our end that prevent access to or delivery of the purchased product or service
3. Requesting a Product Refund
To request a refund, contact GSM Source within 7 days of the purchase and provide the order details, a clear explanation of the issue, and any relevant proof or evidence. We reserve the right to review, approve, partially approve, or deny refund requests based on the circumstances of each case.
4. Account Credit Withdrawal / Refund
Users may request to withdraw or refund the available credit balance in their GSM Source account at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section.
Account credit withdrawal is different from a refund for a specific product or service. A withdrawal request means that the user wants to receive their available account balance back through an approved payment method, such as a Binance wallet or another payment account accepted by GSM Source.
5. Withdrawal Conditions Based on Account Role
Withdrawal requests may be subject to different conditions depending on the user's account role, account history, pricing level, and business relationship with GSM Source. This may include:
- Customer
- Reseller
- Distributor
- Web Owner
GSM Source may apply different verification, minimum balance, processing, or fee requirements depending on the user's role and individual account circumstances.
6. Withdrawal / Refund Processing Fee
A processing fee may be deducted from the user's account balance when requesting a withdrawal or refund of account credit. This fee covers payment processing, transaction costs, verification, administrative handling, and related operational expenses.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard withdrawal processing fee is 10% of the requested amount.
Example: If a user requests a withdrawal of $100 USD, a 10% processing fee ($10 USD) will be deducted, and $90 USD will be sent to the user's approved payment account or cryptocurrency wallet.
7. Withdrawal Processing Time
After the withdrawal request has been reviewed and approved, GSM Source will normally process the payment within 24 hours. Processing time may be longer in exceptional circumstances, including payment-provider delays, security checks, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control.
8. Payment Account & Wallet Responsibility
The user is fully responsible for providing accurate payment details, including the correct Binance account, cryptocurrency wallet address, network, or other required payment information.
GSM Source is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address, incorrect network, incorrect Binance account, or any other incorrect payment information provided by the user.
If incorrect information results in the funds being sent to another user's account or becoming unrecoverable, the responsibility rests entirely with the user.
9. Verification & Security
GSM Source may request additional information or verification before processing a withdrawal request. This may be required to protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions, account abuse, or other security risks.
A withdrawal request may be temporarily placed on hold while the verification process is completed.
10. Minimum Requirements & Restrictions
GSM Source may apply minimum withdrawal amounts, additional processing requirements, or restrictions depending on the account type, account activity, payment method, or other applicable circumstances.
Credits obtained through promotional campaigns, bonuses, unauthorized transactions, disputed payments, or other restricted sources may not be eligible for withdrawal.
11. Final Review
Every withdrawal or account-credit refund request is subject to review by GSM Source. Approval does not automatically guarantee that the full requested amount will be paid, as applicable processing fees or other legitimate deductions may apply.

تمام محصولات و خدمات ما دیجیتالی بوده و در حالت عمومی قابل برگشت نمی‌باشند. لطفاً قبل از خرید محصول یا درخواست بازپرداخت و برداشت موجودی، این سیاست را با دقت مطالعه کنید.
۱. سیاست عدم برگشت محصول
پس از تحویل، فعال‌سازی، پردازش یا دانلود محصولات و خدمات دیجیتالی، امکان برگشت آن‌ها وجود ندارد.
۲. شرایط بازپرداخت محصول یا خدمات
بازپرداخت خرید محصول یا خدمات فقط در شرایطی مانند موارد زیر بررسی می‌شود:
- خرید تکراری یک محصول یا خدمات
- عدم دریافت محصول یا خدمات، در صورتی که هیچ تلاش برای دانلود، فعال‌سازی یا پردازش صورت نگرفته باشد
- مشکلات فنی از طرف GSM Source که مانع دسترسی یا دریافت محصول یا خدمات شده باشد
۳. درخواست بازپرداخت خرید
برای درخواست بازپرداخت، باید حداکثر تا ۷ روز پس از خرید با GSM Source تماس گرفته و مشخصات سفارش، توضیح واضح مشکل و مدارک لازم را ارسال کنید. GSM Source حق بررسی، تأیید، تأیید جزئی یا رد درخواست بازپرداخت را بر اساس شرایط هر مورد برای خود محفوظ می‌دارد.
۴. برداشت یا بازپرداخت کردیت حساب
کاربران می‌توانند در هر زمان درخواست برداشت یا بازپرداخت موجودی قابل استفاده در حساب GSM Source خود را ثبت کنند؛ اما این درخواست مشمول شرایط و قوانین این بخش می‌باشد.
برداشت کردیت حساب با بازپرداخت یک محصول یا خدمات مشخص متفاوت است. در برداشت کردیت، کاربر درخواست می‌کند موجودی موجود در حساب GSM Source وی از طریق روش پرداخت تأییدشده، مانند حساب Binance یا سایر روش‌های پرداخت مورد قبول GSM Source، به وی بازگردانده شود.
۵. شرایط برداشت بر اساس نوع حساب کاربر
شرایط برداشت ممکن است بر اساس Role حساب کاربر، سابقه حساب، سطح قیمت‌گذاری و نوع همکاری کاربر با GSM Source متفاوت باشد. انواع حساب‌ها شامل موارد زیر می‌باشد:
- Customer — مشتری
- Reseller — فروشنده
- Distributor — توزیع‌کننده
- Web Owner — صاحب وب‌سایت / API Partner
GSM Source می‌تواند بر اساس نوع حساب و شرایط هر کاربر، الزامات مختلفی برای احراز هویت، حداقل مبلغ برداشت، زمان پردازش یا کارمزد اعمال کند.
۶. کارمزد برداشت یا بازپرداخت موجودی
هنگام درخواست برداشت یا بازپرداخت کردیت حساب، ممکن است مبلغی به عنوان کارمزد پردازش از موجودی کاربر کسر شود. این کارمزد شامل هزینه‌های پردازش پرداخت، هزینه تراکنش، بررسی، امور اداری و سایر هزینه‌های عملیاتی مرتبط می‌باشد.
مگر اینکه به صورت کتبی شرایط دیگری با کاربر توافق شده باشد، کارمزد استاندارد برداشت ۱۰٪ از مبلغ درخواست‌شده می‌باشد.
مثال: اگر کاربر درخواست برداشت ۱۰۰ دالر را ثبت کند، مبلغ ۱۰ دالر به عنوان کارمزد پردازش کسر شده و ۹۰ دالر به حساب پرداخت یا کیف پول رمزارزی تأییدشده کاربر ارسال خواهد شد.
۷. زمان پردازش برداشت
پس از بررسی و تأیید درخواست برداشت، GSM Source معمولاً پرداخت را ظرف ۲۴ ساعت پردازش می‌کند. در شرایط استثنایی، از جمله تأخیر شرکت پرداخت، بررسی‌های امنیتی، مشکلات فنی یا شرایط خارج از کنترل GSM Source، پردازش ممکن است بیشتر از این زمان طول بکشد.
۸. مسئولیت حساب پرداخت و آدرس کیف پول
مسئولیت کامل ارائه اطلاعات صحیح پرداخت بر عهده کاربر می‌باشد. این اطلاعات شامل آدرس صحیح کیف پول Binance، شبکه انتقال، حساب Binance و سایر اطلاعات مورد نیاز برای پرداخت است.
GSM Source در قبال ارسال وجه به آدرس کیف پول اشتباه، شبکه اشتباه، حساب Binance اشتباه یا هر اطلاعات پرداخت نادرستی که توسط کاربر ارائه شده باشد، مسئولیتی ندارد.
در صورتی که اطلاعات اشتباه باعث شود مبلغ به حساب کاربر دیگری ارسال شده یا مبلغ قابل بازیابی نباشد، مسئولیت کامل آن بر عهده کاربر خواهد بود.
۹. بررسی و امنیت
GSM Source می‌تواند قبل از پردازش درخواست برداشت، اطلاعات یا مدارک اضافی را از کاربر درخواست کند. این بررسی ممکن است برای جلوگیری از تقلب، تراکنش غیرمجاز، سوءاستفاده از حساب یا سایر خطرات امنیتی انجام شود.
تا زمان تکمیل بررسی، درخواست برداشت ممکن است به صورت موقت در حالت انتظار قرار گیرد.
۱۰. حداقل مبلغ و محدودیت‌های برداشت
GSM Source می‌تواند بر اساس نوع حساب، فعالیت حساب، روش پرداخت یا شرایط مربوطه، حداقل مبلغ برداشت، الزامات پردازش یا محدودیت‌های خاصی را برای برداشت تعیین کند.
کردیت‌هایی که از طریق کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی، Bonus، تراکنش‌های غیرمجاز، پرداخت‌های مورد اختلاف یا سایر منابع محدودشده دریافت شده باشند، ممکن است قابل برداشت نباشند.
۱۱. بررسی نهایی درخواست
تمام درخواست‌های برداشت یا بازپرداخت کردیت حساب توسط GSM Source بررسی می‌شوند. تأیید درخواست به این معنا نیست که حتماً تمام مبلغ درخواست‌شده پرداخت خواهد شد؛ زیرا ممکن است کارمزد پردازش یا سایر کسورات مجاز اعمال شود.
